Oliver Zeeb , New General Manager for SATO Labelling Solutions Europe GmbH

Bad Homburg, Germany, 1 October 2004 - SATO Labelling Solutions Europe GmbH, the German subsidiary of Japan's SATO Corporation, the world's leading manufacturer of label and barcode printers, and a specialist in data collection systems (DCS) and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), has a new General Manager. Oliver Zeeb succeeded Morihito Suzuki on 1 October 2004. Mr Suzuki will assume a senior management position at SATO Corporation head office in Japan . As the new General Manager, Oliver Zeeb, 40, will be responsible for sales, consulting and services for SATO products in Germany , Austria and Switzerland . Oliver Zeeb aims to continue the success story of SATO Labelling Solutions Europe GmbH, founded in 2002 in Bad Homburg : "RFID technology is taking off, and remains a key focus at SATO. We intend to build upon our already very strong position in this market."

Oliver Zeeb has a proven track record in management. Most recently he was European Sales and Marketing Director at Netzsch Gerätebau, a specialist for thermo analytical equipment, and was previously European Sales and Marketing Director at Steag Hamatech, manufacturers of production systems for optical storage media. During the nineties, Oliver Zeeb was with Linotype-Hell, at that time the leading manufacturer of pre-press hardware and software and from 1995 to 2000 worked for Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, the world's leading printing press manufacturer.
