SATO has been appointed a member of the UPM Raflatac Pro RFID Alliance

UPM Raflatac is the world’s largest developer and manufacturer of passive inlays for RFID labelling applications and the new Pro Alliance is comprised of a distinctive group of companies which support the global success of UPM.

As an established partner, SATO has been awarded  membership which recognises the company’s high level of skills across Europe in the RFID application area. The ability to advise on RFID technologies, the delivery of RFID labels constructed of the optimum material and adhesives qualities, and the development of complex label content to comply with exacting industry standards.

Within the Pro Alliance community SATO has a wide range of RFID-enabled printers, from the cost-effective CG2xx, through the CT, CL, GT, and GL desktop ranges, to the M84 industry-standard print engine and high specification S84. The printer range fulfils most RFID protocols within the HF and UHF categories.

SATO RFID labels are suitable for a vast array of applications including Supply Chain, Transport & Logistics, Pharma, Healthcare, Retail and wristbanding.
