Customer Agreement

* Generate your unique RMA No from the website
* Print two copies of this RMA Form - Please sign one copy and place in the box with the faculty item
* Retain one copy for your records
* Please make the RMA No clearly visible on the outer packaging
* Please return the item in its original packaging to prevent transit damage
* If original packaging is not available please ensure packaging is adequate to prevent damage
* Any item sent to the Service Centre which is inadequately packaged may be repackaged at owners cost after repair
* Customer pays all shipping expenses to SATO.
* SATO will pay all return charges for Service Contract Holders and within Warranty Period.
* In the case of claims concerning Printer heads, Dispensers, Cutters and/or Print Result Quality, please attach
on the reverse side of this form at least two printer test prints showing counter readings and carbon ribbon if used
* If your printer is displaying 'sensor error' please ensure a full roll of labels is included with the printer to enable us to carry out testing
* Your assigned RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
