SATO focuses on expanding channel business


Heidelberg, 24 February 2017 – SATO, a leading global provider of Auto-ID solutions that empower workforces and streamline operations, has expanded its international team with the appointment of Lara Noomene as European Channel Marketing Manager and Eckhard Wernich as Business Development Executive.


Lara Noomene is tasked with raising awareness of the full range of SATO Auto-ID solutions for channel customers throughout Europe. She has considerable international experience in sectors including 3D printing, telecommunications, VSat and IPTV technologies. Fluent in six languages, Lara holds an Industrial Engineering degree, Masters degrees in Marketing and Consumer Behaviour, and a PhD in Business Management.


Eckhard Wernich takes responsibility for the promotion of SATO to the ISV, ERP, and major software community. He will focus on creating further opportunities for SATO products to be integrated into applications in the transport & logistics, warehouse management, retail supply chain, healthcare, factory automation and food production sectors. Eckhard joins SATO from Sontech International AB where he served as an International Sales Director. His previous experience also includes roles with Matrix42 and ISCOM Consulting AB, and software-oriented companies such as Jeeves Information Systems AB, KUMAvision AG, proALPHA Software AG, and Siemens AG.
