Discontinued Products

End of Sales
SATO operates a policy of discontinuing sales of specific products when new models provide customer or value improvements, or for technical reasons such as non-availability of components. In these cases, SATO will distribute an "Discontinuation, End of Sales" announcement and will endeavour to provide an advance information on the Last Production and Last order dates.


End of Support
SATO commits to providing spare parts and technical support for a further 5 years from the date of an "End of Sales" announcement. The date of the termination of spares and technical support is defined as the "End of Support" date.
