SATO Europe hosts its first pan-European Safety Day
23/04/26
23 April 2026 – Heidelberg, Germany – SATO Europe, a global provider of labelling and auto-identification solutions, today announces its first pan-European Safety Day, taking place on 28 April 2026. Building on successful initiatives previously held in France, the programme is now being extended to employees across multiple European locations, including France, the UK and Poland.
Designed to promote prevention, engagement and team cohesion, the Safety Day will feature a range of interactive activities tailored to local teams. These include immersive, work-life inspired scenarios to identify risks and respond to incidents, as well as challenges encouraging employees to spot hazards, locate safety equipment and demonstrate best practices in workplace safety.
To ensure broad participation and foster cross-border interaction, an online quiz will also be available to all employees, combining learning with friendly competition through a live leaderboard.
“Safety is not only about procedures; it is about people, behaviours and connections,” said Birénam Agnala, CSR Representative for SATO Europe. “By bringing our teams together across Europe, we aim to strengthen a shared safety culture while raising awareness of both physical and mental well-being in the workplace.”
This initiative is part of SATO Europe’s broader CSR commitment to creating a safe, inclusive and high-performing work environment. Through engaging and educational formats, the company continues to embed safety as a core driver of sustainable performance.
