LR4NX - 4" Applicator
The SATO LR4NX applicator is a versatile, IoT-enabled solution designed to meet diverse industrial needs with a wide range of customisable options. Available in various configurations, including left-hand and right-hand setups, and specialised models like the Cylinder Jet (CJ-Type), it offers tailored application methods for maximum efficiency. The LR4NX minimises downtime by up to 25 hours annually through advanced self-maintenance, real-time monitoring, and easy tool-free part replacements. Its robust design, large ribbon roll capacity (600m), and intuitive interface ensure seamless operation, while multi-language support and next-gen smart printing features make it the ideal choice for complex, high-demand environments.
The device comes with built-in Application Enabled Printing (AEP) and is also compatible with SATO Online Services (SOS).

LT408 - Entry Level 4" Print Engine Range
The SATO LT408 has been designed and manufactured to meet the needs of the ‘entry-level’ print & apply markets, shipping / receiving and pallet labelling applications.
The print engine, when integrated with an applicator system, provides low-throughput, light-duty applications with an automated, yet affordable, print & apply labelling solution to replace labour intensive hand labelling or expensive pre-printed carton inventory.
